What we collect
Order details (items, quantities, prices), your name and phone number as shared over WhatsApp, and, for shop staff, an email address and role. We do not collect data from a shop's end customers beyond what they send us to place an order.
How we use it
To take and fulfil orders, run the shop's dashboard, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Where it's stored
In a Postgres database (via Supabase), isolated per shop. See our Security page for how that isolation works.
Who we share it with
Meta, to deliver WhatsApp messages; Razorpay, to process payments; our hosting providers (Supabase, Vercel), to run the service. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
For as long as a shop's account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, subject to what we're legally required to retain.
